Starting Point is an environment for people exploring faith, are processing things after being away from church for a while, or just have questions or doubts about faith and spirituality.

We know faith grows bigger in circles than it does in rows on Sunday morning, and our groups give people the place to make friends and form lasting relationships. If you’ve never been in a group at Hope, Pathways (Formerly First Group) is the place for you. Not only do you learn how groups work at Hope, but you’ll also learn about our DNA and our culture.

Volunteers play an essential role in making Sundays happen. We also know volunteers can change the lives of our guests—just one welcoming smile or interaction with a volunteer can make all the difference. If you’d like to learn more about volunteering, we host a Backstage Pass Tour where you can explore each area of volunteering and identify where your skills and interests align. During the hour-long tour, you will visit each area of ministry, meet the leader, hear what they do, the win and vision for the guest, and how volunteers can serve on their team.
