Now Watching Right in the Eye - Part 1 - "Game of Thrones"

As we dive into the story of the time of the Judges, we’re going to start at the end. The ending of this story is a very dark and unremittingly tragic tale. Women are viewed as property, innocent bystanders are targets of aggression, needless violence breaks out rampantly, and God is no longer worshipped. For people who are supposed to be fully devoted to the Lord, this doesn’t sound right. So, why did it end this way? How did things get so bad?
Right in the Eye

“It's my life. I'm free to do what I want, when I want, with whom I want... as long as I'm not hurting anybody.” This is what we tell ourselves. But what if it's not true? What if our desire to do what is right in our own eyes has major consequences for us, for the people with us, for the people who love us, and for the people to come after us?
