Now Watching Right in the Eye - Part 3 - “We Could Be Heroes”

Set against a chaotic backdrop, Deborah is chosen to be the civic commander, spiritual leader, and judge of the nation of Israel. She was chosen by God, and yet she isn’t the main hero in this story. She calls on Barak, the general, to lead the armies to victory. But yet again, we see that he, too, isn’t the main hero of the story. The true hero ends up being someone far less likely. Why? Because God loves to use the most unlikely heroes to save the day.
